As Pennsylvania's coal industry declines, wind power has become a way to maintain Pennsylvania's energy production heritage. Residents and businesses in the Philadelphia area can purchase wind power and support further development of these innovative technologies.

I dont really know what you talking about right here. This cant be the only way to think about this can it? It appears like you understand a lot, so why not explore it a lot more? Make it more accessible to everyone else who might not concur with you? Youd get a great deal more individuals behind this should you just stopped making common statements.

This is absolutely insane! The only thing this is going to change, is them saying, “Oh, I guess this doesn’t work. Let’s change it back.” The ONLY reason they are doing this is for money, plain and simple. Many EMS textbook publishers had to hold off printing new scope of practice textbooks, just to wait for the AHA to change their guidelines. You watch, a few years down the road, they will change it yet again. And in EMS, with a world full of acronyms, changing from the standard ABC (which we will have to remember still), they now have moved it to CAB. This is just frustrating.
